POLICY: Recovery Revolution Inc., Drug and Alcohol Out-Patient Program is open to the Chemically Abusing/Dependent person, over the age of thirteen, regardless of race, religious affiliation or sexual orientation.

TARGET POPULATION: The target population to be served is adult and adolescent population residing in the Slate Belt area of Northampton County, Pennsylvania whom meet Pennsylvania Client Placement Criteria (PCPC) for Out-Patient or Intensive Out-Patient Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services.
